Grabbit gives sellers a payment link for a product and shows buyers a checkout that collects an M‑Pesa payment and delivery details. Grabbit is a tool between you and your customer. It is not the seller, the courier, or the bank.
You’re responsible for your listings being accurate, for fulfilling paid orders, and for honouring your stated delivery and pickup terms. You must have the right to sell what you list. Don’t use Grabbit for anything illegal, counterfeit, or that Safaricom’s M‑Pesa terms prohibit.
You’re paying the seller, not Grabbit. Delivery, returns, and disputes are between you and the seller; their contact is on the order and receipt.
Payments are processed by Safaricom M‑Pesa. Grabbit does not hold your money. A completed payment is one that Safaricom has confirmed.
Grabbit is early software. It may change or have downtime. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.
