Grabbit turns a product you post on social media into a link people can pay for with M‑Pesa.
Add a product: name, price, a photo, and any options (sizes, colours). You get a link like grabbit.co.ke/your-product.
Delivery & pickup: set delivery zones once in Settings; they apply to every product. Turn on pickup if buyers can collect from you.
Orders: you see each order the moment it’s paid, with the buyer’s phone and delivery area. Move it through Processing → Out for delivery → Delivered.
Open the link, choose your options and delivery area, enter your phone, and pay the M‑Pesa prompt. No account needed. You get an order page you can check any time, and a receipt.
Payments run on Safaricom M‑Pesa. A payment isn’t complete until Safaricom confirms it — the order page updates on its own.
